What is KOKSIN?
KOKSIN is Cambodia's appointments marketplace. Customers discover and book verified businesses like salons, barbers, gyms, spas, cleaners, car washes, and pet groomers, while partners run their bookings, staff, and deposits in one place.
Where in Cambodia does KOKSIN operate?
We serve all 25 provinces, every administrative division of Cambodia, from Phnom Penh and Siem Reap to Mondulkiri and Koh Kong. Our team is based in Koh Pich, Phnom Penh.
What kinds of services can I book?
Anything appointment-based: beauty (hair, barber, nails, brows, lashes, makeup, facial, waxing, tattoo), wellness (Khmer massage, spa, physiotherapy), fitness (yoga, pilates, gym and personal training), home services (cleaning, laundry, handyman, pest control), pet grooming, and car wash and detailing.
Payments
How do I pay?
KOKSIN is integrated with ABA PayWay, so you can pay or place a deposit straight from ABA Mobile. KHQR is supported from every other Cambodian bank app, and cash on arrival is fine wherever the partner accepts it.
Can I pay with KHQR?
Yes. Every booking that takes payment online accepts KHQR. Scan the QR with ACLEDA, Wing, Chip Mong, Sathapana, Prince, or any other Cambodian bank app. Confirmation is instant once the bank reports the transfer, and your booking is held while you scan.
How do ABA PayWay deposits work?
Partners can require a deposit per service, either a fixed amount or a percentage. When you confirm, the amount is placed through ABA PayWay (ABA Mobile in-app, or KHQR from any other bank). Most partners hold the funds rather than charge them, releasing or capturing based on your attendance and their cancellation policy, though some collect payment upfront. Either way, you see the exact amount before you confirm.
Bookings
What is a group booking?
Some sessions are designed for more than one person, like a couple's massage, a friends' mani-pedi, or a yoga class with limited seats. Group bookings on KOKSIN let you reserve several seats in one go, and you'll get a confirmation and a reminder for the whole booking.
