How to book a salon in Phnom Penh — step by step

Phnom Penh has more salons, barbershops, and nail studios than ever — and the booking experience finally caught up. Here's how to find the right one and lock in a time without DMs, phone calls, or waiting on someone to reply on Telegram.
1. Decide what you want to book
Different categories of salon list under different headings on KOKSIN. Start with the one that fits what you need:

2. Find one near you

3. Check live availability
Open the salon's profile and pick a date. Every slot you see is currently available — there's no "request to book" intermediate step where you wait for the salon to reply. If a stylist matters, pick the staff member first and the calendar narrows to their availability only.
Booking a couple's service or a group? Some salons run group sessions with capped seats — those show under a "Group sessions" section on the profile, with the next start time and seats remaining listed up front.
4. Pay with KHQR or ABA PayWay
Many salons require a small deposit to hold your slot — usually 20–30% or a flat amount, shown before you confirm. KOKSIN takes that deposit through ABA PayWay (pay straight from ABA Mobile) or KHQR (scan from ACLEDA, Wing, Sathapana, Chip Mong, Prince, or any Cambodian bank app). The remainder is paid at the salon in cash or by card, whatever they accept.
No deposit? You just confirm and show up. Either way the salon's cancellation policy is shown before payment — no surprise charges.
5. Get reminders, show up
Your confirmation lands by SMS or Telegram immediately. A reminder follows the day before. If something comes up, you can reschedule from the link in the confirmation — most salons allow free changes outside the cancellation window.
