What a partner can do is earn better ones — the rating moves only when real customers leave happier. And before a partner is on KOKSIN at all, the team has already verified them: real address, real staff, real services. The profile you are reading belongs to a partner that exists as described.
How to read a rating well
Don't stop at the number. Look at how many reviews sit behind it — 4.8 from forty visits says more than 5.0 from two — and how recent they are, since a place can change staff or standards over a year. A partner who joined recently may only have a handful of reviews — that is not a red flag on its own; every partner started at zero.
Then read a few. One bad review in a wall of good ones is usually a bad day; the same complaint appearing three times is a pattern. The habit works across every category — reading reviews for a car wash is no different from reading them for a yoga studio. Five minutes of reading tells you more than any single number can.
